Our story
Born in a small Paris apartment, for Yael and Abi. It started at a sewing machine by the window. A mother made the first doudous for her two children, each with a little music box to keep them company at night. Today they keep other children company: every Yael, every Abi.
A first object of tradition
The first doudou was a mezuzah, sewn in small-floral cotton to hang at the nursery door. Then came a Sefer Torah for the little synagogue, a dreidel for the Hanukkah window and a hamsa over the crib. Each one has its place in the home, and each is soft enough for the smallest hands.
A music box inside
Most of our doudous carry a small music box. Pull the string and it plays a lullaby. Every musical doudou also comes in a Shabbat version, without the music box. Listen to the melodies.
Designed in France
Every piece is designed in our Paris apartment, in fine cotton with small floral prints, and finished by hand.
Each doudou has its place in the home.
